Referral Incentive |

Members will receive a complimentary card (card only) after submitting the name of 5 (five) friends which become a member. The card validity starts at the date where the fifth friend became a member and lasts for one year. |

Lost and Stolen Cards |
| |
a. All lost stolen cards should be reported.
b. An administration fee of USD 10.- Net will be charged to the member and a replacement card will be issued bearing a new number and the same expiry date as the previous card. |

Missing Vouchers |
| |
Swiss-Belhotel International Hotels & Resorts will not replace lost vouchers. |

Membership Card |
| |
a. The membership card is an individual, personalized non-transferable membership card. Bookings made in the name of the SBEC member for a third person (not SBEC member) are accepted. The booking will be made with the name of SBEC card holder.
b. All benefits are subject to presentation of a valid membership card.
c. The membership card is the property of the Swiss-Belhotel International Hotel and Resorts that issued the card and must be returned upon request.
d. All cards will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuing. |

Limitations of Liability |

For administrative and accounting purposes the Swiss-Belhotel International Hotels & Resorts and its companies may hold relevant information provided by members on a computer database. This may be for marketing and promotional purposes specific to the program. The hotels mentioned above, as a matter of policy does not sell, rent or exchanges its lists with companies not directly related to the program. |

Cancellations |
| |
Cancellations will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of purchase of membership, but such termination shall not be effective until all cards and membership material have been returned to the issuing hotel. No refund will be payable until such action has been completed. Cancellations are subject to a fee of USD 20.- Net (twenty US Dollars). |
