The annual PegiPegi awards cover 6 hotel categories; Best Comfort & Clean, Best Service, Best Leasure, Best Business, Best Chain Hotel, and Outstanding Guest Experience. The award category is assessed based on more than 1 (one) million customer reviews received throughout 2018, based on aspects of comfort, cleanliness, service and location. The hotels included in the nominations have at least a 8.2 rating average (from a scale of 10).
