Swiss-Belinn Muscat is located 11 minutes away from The Wave, Oman’s first master-planned community. It stretches along six kilometres of pristine coastline, covering 230 hectares. The master plan design offers Omanis and expats the newest concept in community-focused living radiating from a community-centre interwoven with waterways providing locals and residents guests to Muscat with commercial, retail, restaurant and recreation opportunities, all within steps of their homes. The Wave was the first project of its kind to bring the concept of placemaking and clustered living to the Arabian Peninsula.
