The former Dutch East Indies sugar factory, which was founded 158 years ago, has been transformed into a new tourist site, historical landmark and convention center. De Tjolomadoe is located in the Colomadu area about 10 minutes from Adi Soemarmo Airport. Every corner of the building still has the feel of an old Dutch era building and becomes an instagramable photo spot. The sugar production machines in this factory are still maintained as an attraction for visitors to feel the real atmosphere of the factory. After wandering around in this fairly wide tourist area, you can relax by sipping a cup of coffee at Tjolo Coffee or at Besali Cafe, a spacious dining area with a colonial style architecture. De Tjolomadoe is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 AM - 21 PM.
