Do you have inter-connecting rooms?

Yes we have three types : Grand Deluxe Queen connected to Grand Deluxe Queen, Suite Room connected to Deluxe Twin and Suite Room connected to Deluxe Queen

Will you charge my credit card at the time of reservation?

Credit card is required as guarantee only for late cancellation and no show. We will  charge your credit card if you book any rate that requires prepayment at the time of booking. Please check the rate terms and condition before doing a reservation.

What time is check in and Check out?

Check-in is at 2:00 pm and Check-out at 12:00 noon.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Yes, we have
our outdoor swimming pool located on the 1st floor (adult and kids)

Are we able to add an extra bed in our room?

Yes, extra bed available at a charge and subject to availability.

Does Deluxe Room has balcony?

We regret that Deluxe Room doesn't have a balcony however it is available at Superior Deluxe and Grand Deluxe.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Early check in is possible at a charge and subject to availability.

Can i request early breakfast because have Bromo Tour at the same night?

Yes, you can request to our friendly receptionist at least 3 days before your arrival .
