Yes a valid credit card is required for all the bookings.

If it’s a non refundable booking we wont be able to cancel your booking however if it’s a flexible booking call us and we will assist you.

We are a short 10-15 minutes walk from the Center of Queenstown or a 4-5 minutes drive. If you don’t fancy the walk (or if the weather is too wet!) then we have corporate rates with Green Cabs NZD$10* to or from town Center.

The Medical Centre in town is located on Isle street, a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away. Their operating hours are from  Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5pm. 

Accident and Medical is open weekdays between 8:00am and 8pm. During the weekends Accident and Medical is open from 9:00 am until 8pm. Contact phone number:  +64 3 441 0501.

Lake District Hospital is 10 minutes drive , located in Frankton, Queenstown.

We can certainly assist you in booking trips! Our receptionists at Swiss-Belsuites Pounamu are very experienced with what Queenstown has to offer and can certainly make some great suggestions and recommendations. If you would like to book trips before you arrive, simply give us a call or email and we can arrange it for you! Alternatively once you arrive, Reception can book your trips as and when you like.

Our hotel has Deluxe Rooms, Lake View One/ Two Bedroom Suites, Lake View Swiss-SuperSuite One/ Two BedroomSuites and Alpine Two Bedroom Suites.
