Can i use swimming pool and gym at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay during my stay in Zest Hotel Harbour Bay?

The facilities in Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay only can be used by long stay guest exclude gym.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for triple occupancy.

Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi service can be connected in the room and throughout hotel building.

Do you have any food or pet restriction policy?

We regret that animals and any food with strong scent e.g Durian are not allowed in the hotel.

Do you offer an airport transfer service?

We do provide an official Taxi Service and the arrangement of Airport Pick up is chargeable at IDR 205,000nett/car/one way and Airport Drop off at IDR 135,000nett/car/one way.

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

Our hotel offers one room type named Zest Room. This room type available with optional of Double Size Bed or Twin Size Bed.

Breakfast is served daily at Citruz Restaurant 1st Floor from 06.00hrs until 10.00hrs.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

The nearest bank is only 5-minutes by driving and currency may be exchanged at Money Changer near hotel about 3-minutes walking distance.
