- Guarantee letter should be submitted to the Hotel at the latest 24 hours prior to arrival, otherwise, Hotel will charge guests credit card and if Hotel fail to validate the credit card, Hotel has a right to release the booking immediately and/ or normal rate will be applied
- All guarantee reservation will be held on arrival, in case of no show, 1 (one) night's relevant room charge will be levied to you accordingly
- All cancellations/ amandments must be made before 4pm (GMT+7) at 1 (one) day prior to guest's arrival. Beyond that time, one night's relevant room charge will be levied to you as cancellation/ amandment fee
- We are pleased to supply accommodation for the period of the contract, however during some special event period, contracted rates may not be available and special public rates will be offered
