How do I get to the hotel?

By taxi from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, which takes around 30-40 minutes.


How many rooms does the hotel offer?

We have 122 Rooms available


Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

The nearest bank is 1,1 Kilometer away from the Hotel and currency can be exchanged in authorized money changer at “SMARTDEAL” which is 3 minute by taxi.


Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Yes, it is possible with a charge may applicable.


Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?

There is a safety deposit box in every guest room. There are also safety boxes available at the Front desk. They are available free of charge if the guest spend at least one night at the hotel.


How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

1,4 Kilometer away from the hotel. It takes around 7 minutes by taxi to Abdi Waluyo Hospital.


Does your hotel provide halal food?

Yes, we do


How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

This will depend on the mode of booking and terms and conditions


How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

10 minutes' walk from Plaza Indonesia mall and 1 KM from Tanah Abang Traditional Market.


Does guest allow to smoke in hotel area?

No, however Guests are allowed to smoke at Bang Bang Restaurant on the lobby and inside our smoking room


Does guest allow to smoke in the room?

Yes, smoking rooms are available on Deluxe & Suite Room (subject to availability).


Do you offer Family Rooms?

We regret that currently Family Rooms is not available at the Hotel.


Do you provide a service for late check-out?

Yes, a charge is applicable if after 12.00 noon.


Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

We regret that we don’t have a bathtub available in the room.


Do you offer an airport transfer service?

Yes, The hotel do offer airport transfer with additional charge


Do you have any special packages for honeymoons and anniversaries?

Special packages are available for guests celebrating a special occasion (subject to guest request).


Do you have connected room?

We regret that we don’t have connected room available at the Hotel.


Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

There is currently no tour desk available in-house, but we will be able to make recommendations according to your needs at our Business Center.


Do you have any room for disabled?

We regret that we don’t any room for disabled available at the Hotel.


Do you have 24-hour room service?

Currently we only offer room service from 10 AM to 10.30 PM.


Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed in the hotel.


Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, the WiFi is available in all rooms and hotel area


Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Indonesia?

Hotel guests can use the storage facility at Hotel Swiss-belinn Wahid Hasyim Jakarta free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guests will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Indonesia.


Are we able to add extra bed in our room and how much does it cost?

We regret that the extra bed is not available at the Hotel
