• In-room dining
• Laundry and dry-cleaning services by hotel

Non-qualifying rates and spends (members are not entitled for points/miles):
• Inter-company or employee discount rates
• Zero rates as a results of frequent traveler rewards
• Complimentary, free or barter bookings
• Gift certificates or other awards or discounts
• Wholesale, package, tour operator, meetings, events, conference rates
• Group rates (for bookings of 10 rooms or more)
• Travel industry staff rates
• Long stay rates
• Bookings or other revenue booked via third party channels (online travel agents)
• The bookings coming through any channels that involve a commission to be paid
• Any spend on food & beverage or other services consumption which is discounted or on promotion
