How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

The reservation can be cancelled 1 day prior arrival time. And for others reservation from online booking it based on cancellation policy in your booking confirmation.

Swiss-Belinn ska Pekanbaru located in the busy suburb area pekanbaru, Riau. And only 10 minutes from Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport. And can be reach by taxi.

There is no beach sorrounding in our hotel area.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

Pekanbaru Mall is 15km away, Ciputra Mall 3km and Pasar Bawah 7km.

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

There is Eka Hospital approximately 5 minutes by car.

Maximum for 2 adults and 2 children below 12 years.

Breakfast is served at BaReLo and starts from 06.00 a.m – 10.00 a.m (weekdays), 06.00 a.m – 10.30 a.m (Weekend).

Bank Mandiri is approximately 6 minutes by car in Tuanku Tembusai Street.
