Are baby cots available for the rooms?

We regret that baby cots are not available in our hotel.

No, high chairs are not available in our restaurant.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for triple occupancy.

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Bandung ?

Hotel guests can use the storage facility in Zest Hotel Bandung free of charge. However, guests will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Indonesia. Unfortunately, the storage facility service is not available for non-guests.

Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, free WiFi is available in all rooms and hotel area.

Do you have 24 hours room service?

Yes, our room service available for 24 hours.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

Hairdrayers available based on guest request. However, the guest can reserve upon check in.

Do you have pet restriction policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed in the hotel.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

No, we don't have.

Do you offer an airport transfer service?

The hotel offer airport transfer from Hussein Sastra Negara International Airport Bandung with additional charge of IDR 100,000 per way.

Do you provide a service for late check-out?

Late check-out until 1 p.m. based on availability, However the guest may contact our Guest Service Agent in regard to request late check out. Late check-out until 6 p.m is possible, at a charge of 50% from room rate.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

Does the internet rate include breakfast?

All room types can be booked with or without breakfast.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

Cancellations permitted up to 2 day prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights' accommodation for each room booked.

How do I get to the hotel?

Pasteur Toll Gate is 2.9 km from Zest Hotel Bandung, while Bandung Train Station is 3 km from the property. The nearest airport is Hussein Sastranegara International Airport, 2.5 km from the property.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

It’s around 10 minutes on walk to one of famous shopping mall in Bandung “Paris Van Java” in Jalan Sukajadi.

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

We are located strategically, there are 2 Hospitals near from the hotel, approximately 450 m from the hotel to Hasan Sadikin Hospital in Jalan Sukajadi or 1.35 km to Advent Hospital in Jalan Cihampelas.

How many people can stay in one room?

The Zest Rooms only accommodate a maximum 3 person Include 1 Extrabed, children below 9 years old can share bed with parents.

Is a babysitting service available?

No, babysitting service is not available in our hotel.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?

Yes, safety deposit boxes are available in each guest's room.

Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

We regret that swimming pool is not available in our hotel.

What are the local tourist attractions?

Our location is near from tourist attraction with great nature and heritage tourist attraction in Bandung such as Jalan Asia Afrika and Jalan Braga it’s around 20 minutes by car. Lembang such as Mount Tangkuban Parahu it’s around 45 minutes by car, lots of great shops, restaurant, bars and nightlife.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

The standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out is at 12noon.

What types of rooms are available in the hotel?

We have one type room Zest Room but we have two bed configuration, there are Zest Queen Room. The room with one queen size bed and Zest Twin Room. The room with two single beds. The rooms can be booked through our website.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?

An intercontinental and Indonesian breakfast served in Citruz Cafe in 1st Floor start from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

The nearest Currency Exchange “Dollarasia” is located a 5 minutes walk away or inside of Paris Van Java Mall.
