Yes, we have high chairs available in our restaurants.

Are we able to add extra bed in our room and how much does it cost?

Yes, the extra bed costs IDR 575.000Nett per bed per night include 1 person breakfast.

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Indonesia?

Hotel guests can use the storage facility at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guests will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Indonesia.

Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, the WiFi is available in all rooms and hotel area

Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed in the hotel.

Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

There is currently no tour desk available in-house, but we will be able to make recommendations according to your needs at our Business Center.

Yes, we do. Available in Deluxe Room.

Special packages are available for guests celebrating a special occasion (subject to guest request).

The hotel offer airport transfer with additional charge.

Yes, we do. We have Cabana Family rooms which has a direct access to our swimming pool.

Yes, a charge is applicable if after 12.00 noon.

No, however guests are allowed to smoke at Pulau Bar and Restaurant on 7th floor and smoking room nearby function rooms at 6th floor.

Yes, smoking rooms are available on Deluxe and Superior Deluxe (subject to availability).

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

This will depend on the mode of booking and terms and conditions.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

A minute walk. The shopping area which is Mall Ciputra Jakarta is attached with Hotel Ciputra Jakarta.

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

500 meter away from the hotel. It takes around 10 minutes by taxi to Royal Taruma Hospital.

How many people can stay in one room?

Our room can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children (under 12 years old) using the existing bed.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Yes, a charge may applicable.

Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?

There is a safety deposit box in every guest room. There are also safety boxes available at the Front desk. They are available free of charge if the guest spend at least one night at the hotel.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

The nearest bank and currency can be exchanged in authorized money changer at Mall Ciputra Jakarta, which is a minute walk from our hotel.

How do I get to the hotel?

By taxi from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, which takes around 35-45 minutes.
