Do you accept other currency beside Rupiah?

No, we accept Rupiah only.

Do you have inter-connecting rooms?

Yes, we do have connecting rooms. Please make arrangements in advance so your request can be accommodated.

Do you have pet restriction policy?

We regret pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Do you have valet parking service?

Yes, there is valet parking service for a fee. One time charged for the entire stay.

Do you offer free shuttle services from the airport?

No, but our concierge can arrange for car services by request and it is chargeable.

Do you provide a rent car?

Yes, we provide rent car for in town or out town.

How do I cancel or make changes to my booking?

If you wish to cancel or modify your hotel booking, please contact reservations on (024) 8449888, for any travel agent or third party booking please contact the agent or company on your confirmation paperwork.

Is my ID/Passport required at the check in time?

Yes, a valid government issued picture ID is required for Hotel Check-in.

What are the hours of the restaurant or bar?

Breakfast: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
                 Saturday – Sunday and holiday 6 a.m. – 10.30 a.m.
Lunch: Monday - Saturday, 12 noon – 2.30 p.m.
Dinner: Monday - Saturday, 06.30 p.m. – 10.30 p.m. (exclude public holiday)
Lounge Bar: Daily, 7 a.m. – 12 p.m


What time is check in? Can I check in earlier?

Check-in time is 3pm, however, if you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available and you’re welcome to utilize our hotel facilities. A request for early check-in can be made with reservations but cannot be guaranteed and charges may apply.


What time is check out? Is there a charge for late check out?

Check out time is 12 noon. Depending on availability an extended checkout is available at a fee.
