Yes, kindly inform our staff maximum 3 days before your arrival.

Yes, interconnecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability.

We regret that we don't have day use rate, all rates are per night.

Do you have shuttle to the nearest shopping center?

Unfortunately our shuttle service was no longer available however we can assist you to booked our hotel taxi and it would be chargeable per destination.

How do i pay for the deposit?

Deposit can be paid by credit card or cash upon check in.

Are baby cots available for the rooms?

Limited of Baby cots are available based on request.

Do you offer an airport transfer service?

We do provide transfer arrangement with Hotel’s taxi service

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

Credit card details are required for guarantee the reservation.

How do I get to the hotel?

From Harbour Bay Ferry terminal you only need to follow the sign of our Hotel that will direct you to an overhead bridge that connect to our hotel building.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

It takes around 5 minutes by taxi to Nagoya Shopping Mall, and 10 minutes to BCS Mall.

How long is the hotel from the Ferry terminal or Airport?

Our hotel is in the same area with International ferry terminal named Harbour Bay Ferry terminal which is around 5 minutes walking distance to our Hotel and it takes
around 15 minutes from International Batam Center Ferry terminal by taxi.

While from International Hang Nadim Airport it will takes around 45 minutes by taxi.

How long is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

Hospitals such as Awal Bros , Budi Kemuliaan , Harapan Bunda are around 10 minutes car drive from our Hotel

How many people can stay in one room?

3 person with additional bed. Children below 11 years old may sharing bed with parents.

What are the local tourist attractions?

Barelang Bridge, Masjid Agung Batam ( mosque ), Statue of Goddess Kwan Im at at Tanjung Pinggir Sekupang, Maha Vihara Duta Maitreya at Sei Panas, Water Sport Cable Ski at Waterfront City Marina and Kayak.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

Official check in time is 2 pm local time and check out is 12 pm local time. Early check in or late check out will be subjected to availability and additional cost may applied.

How much does it cost to have an extra person stay in a room?

A 3rd person would be get 1 extra bed with a charge of IDR 400.000net per night inclusive of breakfast for 1 person.
