Yes, we have.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

Yes, bathtub is available at Suite Room.

Does your hotel have tour package to Mt.Bromo or Ijen Crater?

We regret that we don't provide tour package in Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan however our Swiss-Belinn Malang provide tour package to Mt.Bromo.

Do you have bathtub in your room?

Yes, bathtub available at Premier Suite only

Do you have extrabed or baby cots available?

Yes, extra bed available at charge IDR 400,000 net/ bed include breakfast for 1 person. We have baby cot in limited number.

Do you have lunch or dinner buffet at your hotel?

Yes, based on reservation only with minimum 20 person.

Do you have meeting room available?

Yes, we have 7 meeting rooms. Diamond hall (Separatable into Diamond 1, Diamond 2 & Diamond 3), Jade, Emerald, Ruby and Mezzanine.

Do you have Wifi access in the room?

Yes, free Wi-Fi available in all hotel area include in guest's room.

Do you offer an airport transfer service?

Yes, airport transportation service available at charge, start from IDR 240,000 net.

Yes, credit card or bank transfer are required to guarantee the reservation.

Reservation could be made by offline direct through prhone and email to the hotel or Travel Agent, Online Travel Agent etc.

It is approximately 45 minutes driving.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?

Tunjungan Plaza approximately 5 minutes, Genteng Market and Grand City Mall 10 Mınutes from the hotel.

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

The nearest hospital is Siloam Hospital about 15 minutes by car and clinic about 15 minutes.

Is there any facility available at the hotel?

Yes, there is. We have swimming pool, fitness center. For massage and spa are available at charge.

Is there early check in and late check out for free of charge?

For early check in and late check out are chargeable and subject to availability.

What types of rooms are available in the hotel?

Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya offer 5 room type for your accomodation. Deluxe Room 23m2 (twin bed and queen), Deluxe Premier 23m2 (queen bed), Grand Deluxe Room 25m2 (queen bed), Junior Suite 35m2 (king bed) and Premier Suite 49m2 (king bed).

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

It is approximately 5 minutes the currency exchange located at Tunjunga Plaza, and ATM Centre also available.
