Is there any room deposit required?

A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.


Can all bedroom apartments split beds in the rooms?

In our studio apartment, we are unable to do split beds. In our one bedroom apartments, 9 out of the 11 rooms can have split beds. In our two bedroom apartments, 19 out of the 23 rooms can have split beds in only one of the rooms. In our three bedroom apartments, 3 out of the 5 rooms can have split beds in only one of the rooms.

We have a late flight tonight and are leaving at 6pm, how does this work?

Late check-out until 6pm is possible, there will be a charge of 50% of the room rate of the day.
