Our hotel is in the same area with International ferry terminal named Harbour Bay Ferry terminal which is around 5 minutes walking distance to our Hotel and it takes
around 15 minutes from International Batam Center Ferry terminal by taxi.

While from International Hang Nadim Airport it will takes around 45 minutes by taxi.

Hospitals such as Awal Bros , Budi Kemuliaan , Harapan Bunda are around 10 minutes car drive from our Hotel.

Mandaya Hospital is 1 KM away from the hotel. It takes around 10 minutes by car. 

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

There is one outdoor swimming pool, located on the 3rd floor next to our pool bar, Open from 6 am to 11pm.
