Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in the guest rooms.

How many people can stay in one room?

Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of two people. Two Bedroom units can accommodate 4.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department at least one day prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation number. Please note that you must be booked on a ’Flexible’ rate type as ’Advance Pre-Paid’ rates are non-refundable.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates charged are per room.

What types of rooms are available in the hotel and what are the differences between the different categories?

The hotel has three categories of room, deluxe, grand deluxe and 2 bedroom junior suites.All room are located from 7th to 32nd floor, 12 rooms per floor. All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities and comfortable beds with duvets.Grand Deluxe rooms are more spacious than Deluxe rooms while the 2 bedroom junior suites offer two separate bedrooms, one with a queen and one with 2 twin beds.

Where is the nearest pharmacy?

We have Drugstore at lobby level which provides standard medicine. For complete drug sales, there is a pharmacy located next door beside Bank BII or the Century Pharmacy inside the Carrefour building.

Where is the nearest Church?

Every Sunday there is a Christian mass (GBI Kenisah) which held in our ballroom starting from 9am till 12pm. The nearest Katholic church (St. Franciscus Xaverius) is located in Jl. Kartika Plaza and is reachable in around 20-25 minutes by car. Every Sunday evening at 6pm there is a mass in English.

Q: Where is the nearest Prayer Room / Mosque?

A: Our Prayer Room located beside parking lot and the nearest mosque is Masjid As-Syuhada at BLK Denpasar, 10 minutes on foot.

Q: Does this hotel provide Massage and Spa services?

A: Yes, we have Pandan Wangi Spa at 1st floor which provide best treatment with experience and skilled staff.

Q: Where can we find night life entertainment at Bali?

A: You may visit Legian or Double Six area, many pubs and bars over there, it is about 15 minutes from here.

Q: Is there any hospital nearby the hotel?

A: There is Siloam Hospital about 5 minutes driving from hotel.

Q: Where we should go if we want to see dance performance?

A: You may go to Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Uluwatu, or Ubud to see dance performance which mostly perform after sunset. Our staff will help you to get there.

Q: Where can we enjoy good seafood?

A: The famous place for eating seafood is at Jimbaran or Kedonganan where you able to at the seaside.

Q: Do you know the good Vegetarian restaurant nearby hotel?

A: We suggest you to come to our Restaurant, we provide the delicious Vegetarian food at Chef’s recommendation.

Q: Is there any hair salon recommended nearby the hotel?

A: The nearest one is Salon David by 10 minutes walking distance, and we could help you to make reservation to them.

Q: What ATM you have nearby the hotel?

A: The nearest one is ATM BII, others are CIMB NIaga, Mandiri, BCA, BNI, OCBC, Mega, Permata.

Q: Is there any mall nearby the hotel that we can visit?

A: There is Mall Bali Galeria, Discovery Kuta Mall and Beach Walk at approximately 10-15 minutes by car. Hotel also provide free shuttle 3 times a day to Discovery Kuta Mall and Kuta Square by reservation only, you may register it at Front Desk.

Q: Where can I exchange money?

A: You may go to next building called Bank BII to exchange your money during office hour. Or you may go to Carrefour for currency exchange.

Q: Where is the nearest place for buying gift or handicrafts?

A: You may just across this street by 5 minutes walking distance or a 10 minutes’ drive to the famous place called Krisna.

Q: Where the nearest shop if I want to buy some groceries?

A: The nearest mart from the hotel is Indomaret at 2 minutes walking distance. If you prefer big Supermarket there is Carrefour able to be reached by 10 minutes walking distance.

Is your hotel close to the beach?

No, but it only takes about 15-20 minutes to reach the nearest beach which is Kuta Beach, Legian Beach or Double Six Beach. A taxi ride would cost about Rp40.000 to Rp 50.000.

A: Approximately IDR 50.000.

Q: How far is the airport from the hotel?

A: It takes about 15 minutes with normal traffic.

Dining is available at Swiss Cafe from 6.30pm with last orders at 10pm. We also offer 24 hour room service.

Do you offer a shuttle bus to the city center?

We have shuttle to Plaza Balikpapan only on Sunday from 10am – 3pm.

We are located in the city so there are shopping centers surrounding the hotel.

How far is the hotel from Sepinggan Airport?

The hotel is 18km from Sepinggan airport which is 20 minutes drive by car. If you require an airport transfer we can arrange for you. The charge is IDR90000.

Is currency exchange available at the hotel?

No.

Is there any shuttle provided from or to the airport?

No however we can arrange an airport transfer at a cost of IDR131,000 nett each way per car.

How far from the airport to the hotel?

9km which is a 30 minute drive.

How much does it cost to have an extra person stay in a room?

A 3rd person would be get 1 extra bed with a charge of IDR 400.000net per night inclusive of breakfast for 1 person.

Do you have any smoking and nonsmoking area?

Yes. Our rooms and public areas consist of smoking and nonsmoking areas.

Where is the nearest ATM located?

We have an ATM located on the lobby level of the hotel.

How far is the nearest souvenir and giftshop from the hotel?

Just 15 minutes from the hotel. Located in Jl. Somba Opu center of Souvenir and Handicraft near Losari Center Point of Indonesia.

How far is the nearest place of interest?

Pantai Losari Center Point of Indonesia is only 15 minutes away from the hotel.

Do you have fitness center/gym?

Yes and opening hours are 6am - 9pm.

Do you offer spa and massage facilities?

Yes. It is open from at 8am - 11pm daily.

We recommend shopping! The biggest shopping center in Makassar is just short walk from the hotel.

When is dining available at the resort?

Guests have an option of starting their morning with a continental or hot buffet breakfast between 6am to 9am. A la carte is also available. Unwind from your day with a meal from our dinner menu, offered from 5.30pm until 9pm

How far is the resort from the Shotover Jet?

The resort is only 1km from the world famous Shotover Jet. We can book tickets in advance for you also.

How far is the resort from the city centre of Queenstown?

The resort is only 7km from the city centre which is a 7 minute drive by car.

How far is the resort from the Coronet Peak Ski fields?

The Coronet Peak Ski fields are only 8.1km from the resort which is a 13 minute drive by car. Be sure to check with hotel reception about the weather and wheel chain requirements for your car if driving.

When does your bowling alley open?

Our bowling alley is open Monday to Sunday 12pm to 8pm - last game at 7pm
