Yes we have three types : Grand Deluxe Queen connected to Grand Deluxe Queen, Suite Room connected to Deluxe Twin and Suite Room connected to Deluxe Queen

Do you provide airport shuttle?

No, but we provide transportation to and from airport at a very special price.


Do you offer a free shuttle to a shopping mall?

Yes, we have a complimentary shuttle service every 11 AM and 4 PM from the hotel - Krisna Souvenir Shop Tuban - I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport - Discovery Mall Bali Kuta.

How far is the resort from Queenstown Airport?

The resort is 16km from Queenstown which is 18 minutes drive by car. If you require an airport transfer we can book this for you.


Will you charge my credit card at the time of reservation?

Credit card is required as guarantee only for late cancellation and no show. We will  charge your credit card if you book any rate that requires prepayment at the time of booking. Please check the rate terms and condition before doing a reservation.
