Swiss-Belinn Singkawang has 110 Deluxe Rooms, 2 Business Suites, 4 Executive Suites and 1 Presidential Suite.

Breakfast is served at BaReLo start from 6.00 am to 10.00am.

Our hotel approximately 10 minutes within walking distance to ATM Bank Kalbar.

The facilities in Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay only can be used by long stay guest exclude gym.

Unfortunately our shuttle service was no longer available however we can assist you to booked our hotel taxi and it would be chargeable per destination.

May i know your hotel car park's restrictions?

Although there is a carpark built underneath our hotel, this is owned by Wilsons Parking New Zealand.
 
Our guests are more than welcome to make use of these facilities, however there is an addition charge per day which will be payable upon check-out. Please note that we have limited car parking and they will be subject to availability.

Yes we have, subject to availability.

Are we able to have a late check out?

Please be advised that our check out time is at 10AM. If you wish to have a later check out, there will be an additional cost. However, please be aware that it will be subject to availability. 

Can all bedroom apartments split beds in the rooms?

In our studio apartment, we are unable to do split beds. In our one bedroom apartments, 9 out of the 11 rooms can have split beds. In our two bedroom apartments, 19 out of the 23 rooms can have split beds in only one of the rooms. In our three bedroom apartments, 3 out of the 5 rooms can have split beds in only one of the rooms.

Can we get an early check in?

Please be advised that our check in time is at 2PM. If you are arriving at the hotel early, please notify us in advance and we will do our absolute best to make sure a room is ready for you. However, this will be subject to availability.

Can we smoke on the balcony?

Swiss-BelSuites Victoria Park operates a strict non-smoking throughout every area of the hotel (including balconies). If there is evidence found that you, or your guests, are found to be breaking this policy, a $300 penalty fee will be obtained from your pre-authorisation, per incident).

Do I have to guarantee my room with a credit card?

Yes, your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking, however it can be paid with cash or a different credit card upon check in.

Do you guys have extra beds?

We are not providing extra beds. However, baby cot is free of charge and subject to availability.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in your rooms as well as in the lobby area.

Do you have parking on site? Can we reserve a spot?

Car parking is available at the hotel. However, we have limited hotel car park bays available (on the ground floor) for our guests. These car parks are subject to availability and a cost of NZD $40 per car/ per night applies. We recommend checking availability first and pre-book. Please talk to our reception. Entrance to car park from Victoria Street side - next to AVIS rental cars. Loading zone is on the ground floor – when driving into the car park, turn left/ do not go up the ramp. In case all hotel car parks are booked, the guests can park at Wilson Car Park (part of the hotel) - spaces are subject to availability and the Terms & Conditions of Wilson Car Park apply. Please be advised that for these public Wilson Car Park bays, Wilson Car Park fees apply and need to be paid directly to Wilson Car Park - the hotel does not take any responsibility for the public Wilson Car Parks. If you need further assistance regarding car parking, please call our reception.

Do you have room service?

Yes we can provide room service but please note this is supplied by external outlets and is not from within the hotel. We can also provide a grocery delivery service. 


Do you offer airport transfer services?

We do have airport transfer to the hotel. Please be advised that it is an extra charge of $80 dollars for a suburban car $100 dollars for a van up to 6 people.

Does my room have a balcony?

Yes, all of our rooms have a balcony Juliet door.

How many people can stay in your suites?

In our Studio suite and our one bedroom suites, we can accommodate a maximum of two people. In our two bedroom suites, we can accommodate a maximum of four people. And in our three bedroom suites, we can accommodate a maximum of six people. 

We have a late flight tonight and are leaving at 6pm, how does this work?

Late check-out until 6pm is possible, there will be a charge of 50% of the room rate of the day. 

We want to have a small gathering for a birthday party, is it possible?

Hotel Guests are more than welcome to have visitors in their suites.  It is the policy of the hotel that visitors must vacate the property by 10pm. This complements the hotels No Party Policy.  Charges will apply if rooms are found to be over occupancy stated in the official reservation documentation. The occupancy of each suite is governed by fire regulations and we hope you treat this with respect.

Hotel guests can use the storage facility at the Swiss-Belinn Saripetojo free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guests will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Indonesia.

Unfortunately, the storage facility service is not available for non-guests

Do you have family room?

No, we don't have family room however we have interconnecting room and subject to availability.

Do your hotel provide halal food?

Yes, we provide halal food in our hotel.

How do i pay for the deposit?

Deposit can be paid by credit card or cash upon check in. 

If i make a reservation through Online Travel Agent (e.g Traveloka, Booking.com, Expedia etc), what should i prepare for check in?

If you book through Online Travel Agent make sure your voucher is correct and bring your valid ID Card. 

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

Do you provide lunch buffet?

No, but we have Business Lunch Happy Hour which is a 30% discount on the total menu. Alcoholic beverages are not included. Available from 12:30 to 3 pm. 

Can your room accomodate 3 adults without extra charge?

Yes, we have Express Triple Room with 3 separate single bed for 3 adults.

Does your hotel have tour package to Mt.Bromo or Ijen Crater?

We regret that we don't provide tour package in Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan however our Swiss-Belinn Malang provide tour package to Mt.Bromo.

How much is the Breakfast Buffet and at what times?

Our Breakfast Buffet is BD 6.5 net per person, available daily from 6:30 am to 10:30 am with more choices during the weekends.

No, we don't have family room with kitchenette
