Is there any room deposit required?

A deposit of IDR 500,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or by cash. During your stay can use the deposit to pay your other expenses or if not, the deposit will be returned upon check out.

We do not allow pets in Maua.


Are baby cots available?

Yes, it is available and subject to availability.

How far is the hotel from the beach?

The nearest Crystal Bay beach is only 10 minutes by car from Maua.


Does the hotel have a pool/spa/sauna and what are the hours?

Our main pool opens from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM; meanwhile, all the villas are with private swimming pools. Our spa opens daily from 1:00 PM until 10:00 PM, advance booking recommended.

Can I pay cash at checkout?

Yes, you can.


Are Extra Beds available and is there a charge?

We don't provide an extra bed but we can set up the sofa as a sofa bed in the villa. For Junior Suite and Premiere Deluxe is not available.

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes, alcohol is served at Kowhai Restaurant, Aroha Bar and in the comfort of your Villa.


How can I get to the hotel?

You can reach Maua, which is located on Nusa Penida Island, by taking a boat from Sanur harbor, Kusamba harbor, or Padang Bay harbor. Please contact our reservation to arrange the boat transfer for your convenience. We can also arrange a transfer by Helicopter if you prefer to arrive at Nusa Penida by air.

Maua Nusa Penida is a beautiful 5-star hotel.

Our check-out time is at 11:00 am.


Will you charge my credit card at the time of reservation?

Credit card is required as a guarantee only for late cancellations and no shows. We will charge your credit card if you book any rate that requires prepayment at the time of booking. Please check the rate terms and conditions before doing a reservation.


Can you arrange for a boat transfer and pick up from the harbor to Maua?

Yes, we can. Just inform us and we can do the arrangement. We will then send you the boat schedule that you pick and we will arrange it for you.


Do you provide an airport shuttle?

We don’t have a shuttle available, but we can arrange transport from Airport to Sanur harbor where you can take fast boat to Nusa Penida Island.


What is the check-in time?

Our check-in time is at 14:00.


Where is Maua Nusa Penida located?

Maua is in Nusa Penida Island, of Klungkung regency in Sakti Village.


Do you have inter-connecting rooms?

We do not have an inter-connecting villa nor rooms. However villa and room allocation will be allocated near each other based on villa / room availability.

Do you provide a lunch buffet and could you also provide me a list of dishes?

In Maua our Kowhai restaurant serves a la carte food, however our list of menus can be provided upon guest request.


Can I have a special request for my room?

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.


Is there any room deposit required?

A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.


Do you have inter-connecting rooms?

Many of the Superior Rooms and Executive Suites have inter-connecting rooms ideal for families.

Breakfast is served at Waterfront Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.

By taxi from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, which takes around 30-40 minutes.

The nearest bank is 1,1 Kilometer away from the Hotel and currency can be exchanged in authorized money changer at “SMARTDEAL” which is 3 minute by taxi.

Yes, it is possible with a charge may applicable.

There is a safety deposit box in every guest room. There are also safety boxes available at the Front desk. They are available free of charge if the guest spend at least one night at the hotel.

Hotel guests can use the storage facility at Hotel Swiss-belinn Wahid Hasyim Jakarta free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guests will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Indonesia.

We regret that the extra bed is not available at the Hotel

We suggest you to choose room with breakfast package for attractive price. For additional breakfast package at hotel will be charges 6 BHD per person.

Can I cancel or change my reservation if my plans change?

Yes, you can. As part of our #WeReassure campaign, we promote flexible stays, which means that you can amend/cancel your reservation or request for late check out (subject to period or availability) at ease.


Is the hotel cleaned with disinfectant and extra sanitization in place?

Yes, it is. We follow a strict protocol from the Ministry of Health to ensure that our hotel adheres to the hygiene and security measures all the time. Hand sanitizers are placed in

every high-touch points of the hotel. We abide by our NO MASK, NO ENTRY policy (a placard is placed on the hotel’s entrance doors). As an International chain, we follow all sanitary measures.


Does the staff wear personal protective equipment like masks and gloves?

Yes, they do. All of our team members (front and back of the house) are required to wear all protective gears while carrying out their daily duties.


Is the guestroom kept vacant for a certain time between guests?

Yes. We follow the guidelines in this regard to ensure the safety of our guests and collaborators.

Yes, it is. All food and beverage orders are individually covered prior to delivering to our guests.

Yes, you can. Should the restaurant remain close, all food and beverage orders (covered) are delivered to the guest room for their convenience.

Yes, there is. We have a doctor on call and are in contact with authorized hospitals for any medical assistance.
